Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management for complex, cross-functional technology initiatives using ADKAR or similar methodologies.
• Own the change lifecycle, including impact and readiness assessments, risk identification, communications, training, and adoption strategies.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments, identify resistance, and execute mitigation plans to ensure successful adoption.
• Develop and deliver training strategies, including course outlines, curriculum, and supporting documentation.
• Embed change activities into Agile delivery plans and sprint cycles from design through release and adoption.
• Partner with product, technology, project, and business teams to build stakeholder alignment and clearly communicate the "why" behind change.
• Translate complex technology topics into clear, executive-ready communications and compelling storytelling for diverse audiences.
• Monitor adoption metrics, coach leaders and teams through change, and adjust plans to improve engagement and business outcomes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a Technology Change Manager to lead and manage change initiatives across complex, cross-functional technology projects involving tools, data, and AI. In this manager-level role, you will own the end-to-end change journey-connecting people, process, and technology-so new ways of working are understood, adopted, and tied to measurable business outcomes. You will oversee the entire change management lifecycle, including impact and readiness assessments, risk mitigation, communications, training development, and adoption strategies. The successful candidate will embed change activities into Agile delivery plans, partner with various teams to build stakeholder alignment, and translate complex technology topics into clear, executive-ready communications. This is a high-impact opportunity to drive adoption and engagement for large-scale digital, data, and AI transformation initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3-5 years of change management experience, with proven end-to-end execution using ADKAR or a similar framework.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology or transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and executive storytelling skills.
• Ability to build alignment, influence without authority, and work effectively across business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic-thinking skills; ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience in Agile or product delivery environments preferred.
• Prosci or similar change-management certification and exposure to large-scale digital, data, or AI transformations preferred.
