Job summary

Qualified Recruiter, LLC is seeking an experienced change management professional to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will develop and execute end-to-end change plans, engage executives, and drive adoption metrics across multiple groups.

You will hold a change management certification and demonstrate strong facilitation and communication skills, thriving in ambiguity and guiding projects to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Professional experience leading organizational change efforts for cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience delivering end-to-end change management plans from kickoff to close.
• Change management certification from an accredited institution.
• Accountability for defining, tracking, and delivering OKRs, KPIs, or other measurable adoption outcomes.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving program needs.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative and team-oriented with the ability to partner effectively with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Change management certification from an accredited institution (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, Kotter)
• Demonstrated accountability for defining, tracking, and delivering OKRs, KPIs, or other measurable adoption and business outcomes
• Strong facilitation, communication, and executive stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving program needs
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the path forward isn't clear
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Collaborative and team-oriented with the ability to partner effectively with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
