Job Title: Change Management and Communications Lead III

Location: Houston, TX 77079

Duration: 12-month contract (with possible extension)

Pay Rate: $60–$65/hr on W2

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management and Communications Lead III to drive end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives within an Initiative & Change Management (ICM) framework. This role is responsible for developing program and project charters, detailed project plans, and ensuring alignment across scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with business sponsors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to execute projects, optimize business processes, and implement effective change management strategies. This role requires strong expertise in project governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and identifying process improvement opportunities, including automation and standardization.

You will play a key role in ensuring successful project execution, managing interdependencies, and delivering measurable business outcomes while balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
