This is an execution-focused role requiring an individual who can work independently, quickly understand complex initiatives, develop high-quality change management deliverables, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and manage multiple priorities in an iterative delivery environment.
The specialist may support multiple initiatives or projects based on business priorities and organizational demand.

  • Develop and maintain change activity plans, deliverable schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
  • Coordinate change activities across business, project, product, technology, communications, and training workstreams.
  • Support readiness and adoption activities throughout the initiative lifecycle.
  • Identify and elevate adoption risks, stakeholder concerns, execution gaps, and dependencies.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Impact

3. Communications
  • Develop audience-specific communications, leadership messages, presentations, FAQs, talking points, release communications, and change materials.
  • Maintain integrated communication and engagement calendars.
  • Coordinate content reviews, approvals, timing, and distribution.
  • Create leader and manager toolkits to support consistent communication.
  • Translate complex project and technical information into clear, concise, audience-appropriate messages.
4. Learning, Enablement & Readiness
  • Assess learning and enablement needs based on stakeholder and change impacts.
  • Develop or coordinate role-based training materials, job aids, quick-reference guides, demonstrations, and support resources.
  • Coordinate training sessions, demonstrations, office hours, and other enablement activities.

  • Analyze and synthesize feedback into actionable themes.
  • Support the development and tracking of readiness, adoption, engagement, and change-effectiveness measures.
  • Develop concise change-readiness and adoption reports for project and change leadership.
  • Monitor post-implementation adoption and identify additional intervention or reinforcement needs.
  • Document lessons learned and incorporate findings into future releases or initiatives.
  • Support sustainment and benefits-realization activities.
6. Agile & Iterative Delivery
  • Integrate change activities with sprint, release, pilot, implementation, and phased-delivery plans, as applicable.
  • Adjust change deliverables as product functionality, business processes, implementation plans, and stakeholder impacts evolve.
  • Support pilot and user-feedback cycles and translate findings into subsequent change activities.
  • Work effectively in environments where scope, timelines, and stakeholder requirements may evolve.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in organizational change management, with demonstrated hands-on responsibility for executing change activities on complex business transformation and/or technology-enabled initiatives.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing and executing stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, readiness, learning and enablement, adoption, and reinforcement activities.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple workstreams, releases, or concurrent initiatives while managing change deliverables against project milestones.
  • Strong business writing skills, including executive-ready presentations, leadership communications, employee communications, FAQs, talking points, and change materials.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and workshop skills, including experience working directly with business leaders, subject matter experts, project teams, and end users.
  • Ability to translate complex business, process, and technical information into clear, audience-appropriate communications and enablement materials.
  • Experience conducting stakeholder assessments and change impact assessments and translating findings into actionable change activities.
  • Experience supporting readiness assessments, training and enablement, go-live or release support, feedback collection, and post-implementation adoption activities.
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing stakeholder or end-user feedback into actionable themes and recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and produce high-quality deliverables with limited supervision within an established change strategy and governance structure.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
