Work you’ll do

  1. Support the development and execution of successful change management processes consistent with organizational expectations.
  2. Assist in the preparation of comprehensive change and workforce transition plans and programs, including strategies to support change and transition initiatives.
  3. Support the development and execution of communication plans leveraging creative, engaging mediums and platforms.

Qualifications

Required:

  1. Bachelor’s degree required.
  2. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  3. Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance required.
  4. 3 years of relevant experience with change management.
  5. Understanding of change management methodologies.
  6. Must be willing to work on-site at the Honolulu, Hawaii location.

Preferred:

  1. Prior DoD experience, or familiarity or experience with military hierarchy and organizational design.
  2. Experience developing change management plans, operational plans, and delivering briefings for government executive leadership.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other organizational needs. The estimated range is $97,875 to $163,125, not adjusted for geographic location. Compensation decisions depend on individual circumstances, and it is uncommon to be hired at or near the top of the range.

Participants may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on performance, subject to program rules.
