Job Description

ektello is a top partner of a global retail leader and is working to find a Change Management Specialist to join their growing team. This is a remote, W2 contract that is set to go 12-18 months with a possibility of extension. During this contract, we offer PTO, paid holidays, medical, and 401k benefit options. To be considered, you must be able to work on our W2 without sponsorship.

Project Overview

$50/hour

W2 contract, ektello benefits

This project is focused on migrating our digital analytics platform from Adobe Analytics to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work daily with external implementation vendor & Gap PDMs on coordination.
2. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational change initiatives.
3. Conduct impact assessments to identify the effects of change on various stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
5. Design and execute communication plans to ensure that stakeholders are well-informed throughout the change process.
6. Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors to help them manage change effectively.
7. Develop and deliver training programs to prepare employees for change and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
8. Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
9. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.
10. Evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles.
3. Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
4. Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred but not required.

Experience with analytics projects specifically (analytics acumen) is a plus.
