Job summary

KLA is seeking a Change Practitioner to drive enterprise-wide adoption of strategic initiatives in the Michigan area. You will apply Prosci methods to develop change plans, coordinate with executives, and enable effective stakeholder engagement across programs.

Responsibilities include ADKAR planning, sponsorship support, and measuring adoption with KPI dashboards to realize benefits. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a master's.
• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (required or strongly preferred).
• Experience supporting executive sponsorship and contributing to sponsor coalitions.
• Proficiency with change and project tools (e.g., M365, SharePoint, Planner, Project, Teams, ClickUp).
• Experience tracking adoption KPIs and contributing to benefit realization reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management standards and ADKAR planning & delivery.
• Support executive sponsors in performing the ABCs of Sponsorship.
• Engage stakeholders with leader-led messaging and toolkits.
• Manage feedback loops and resistance strategies aligned to ADKAR barriers.
• Track readiness, adoption, and KPI metrics to inform decision-making.
