Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Change Management Process Architect – Associate II to design and oversee end-to-end change management across Operations. You will own governance for the change lifecycle and tooling, coordinate readiness, and drive durable adoption with senior stakeholders.

You will lead communication, training plans, and metrics, ensuring risk and control requirements are met while enabling efficient delivery in a complex, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in change management, release/governance, or operations within a complex organization.
• Experience with end-to-end change governance and release management.
• Strong data-driven insights and risk-minded decision making.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Ability to translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience designing training plans and communications for end users.

Responsibilities

• Design and run change management architecture across end-to-end lifecycle (intake, readiness, release, stabilization).
• Establish and manage end-to-end issue/defect lifecycle controls with SLAs and release readiness visibility.
• Own governance for change tooling ecosystem, taxonomy, reporting, and controls.
• Coordinate operational readiness and durable adoption for impacted teams.
• Identify and eliminate process friction through improved workflows and automation.
• Lead stakeholder sessions, walkthroughs, and town halls with cross-functional audiences.
• Deliver role-based communications and training plans and gather feedback.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technology with governance and durability in mind.
• Manage enhancement intake, translate needs into stories, and maintain backlog by business outcomes.
• Apply escalation discipline and present decision-ready materials with options and recommendations.
• Define and report change governance metrics and drive ongoing improvements to standards.
