Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading organizational change management for cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, influencing, and executive communication skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformations (ERP, HRIS, CRM).

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end project management activities for software application projects.
• Managing project scope, schedule, resources, quality, risks, issues, and communication.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams in IT and business.
