NextEra Energy Resources is seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to drive adoption of strategic initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement structured change plans, analyze impact, and engage stakeholders across the organization.

Formación

• High School grad or GED.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in change management or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute change management plans using established methodologies.
• Conduct impact analysis, assess readiness, and identify stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change initiatives.
