Job summary

St. Louis County Information Technology Department seeks a Sr. Analyst, Application Support - Change Management to drive enterprise software releases and changes across County operations.

You will coordinate change initiatives, ensure minimal downtime, and collaborate with IT teams, business units, and vendors on platforms such as Microsoft 365, Ivanti ITSM, Workday, and Accela. Qualifications

• Equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree.
• At least three years of professional work experience in supporting informational technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the IT change management lifecycle for software applications, prioritize and coordinate change requests, assess risks and business impacts, and obtain approvals for changes.
• Develop and execute detailed change implementation plans for patches, upgrades, and new feature releases on key enterprise platforms with minimal downtime.
• Coordinate with developers, admins, and business units to integrate change activities into project plans; communicate release notes and advisories.
• Create training resources and user guides for end-users and support staff prior to go-live.
• Monitor post-change performance, address issues, and conduct reviews to drive continuous improvement of change management processes.
• Provide hands-on application support to ensure high availability and timely resolution of issues.
