Job summary

St. Louis County's Department of Information Technology seeks an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to join the infrastructure support team.

The role covers installation, configuration, administration and support of physical and virtual servers, AD, Intune, Entra, Office 365 and cloud services across the organization. The position emphasizes problem resolution, documentation, and collaboration with IT teams to maintain secure, reliable enterprise systems with a strong focus on security and

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of professional work experience in data systems, network security, operating systems, computer system architecture and virtual infrastructure.
• Preference may be given to applicants with skills in Office 365, Active Directory, Virtualization, Intune and Microsoft Entra.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain and secure the various enterprise wide and administrative applications supported by the infrastructure and operation activities.
• Complete technical operations, desktop support and architecture projects in a timely manner.
• Develop technical documentation and training materials for IT teams.
• Assist with developing solutions for aging infrastructure.
• Assist in documenting processes and workflows.
