Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Change Management Manager to lead organizational transformation initiatives for a financial services client’s facility construction programs. You will shape change strategies, drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure readiness and adoption across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years in change management or transformation.
• Experience with construction projects, especially financial services facilities.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation and adoption planning.
• Experience developing executive communications and training materials.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of change management strategies across multiple workstreams.
• Engage executive sponsors, project teams, and stakeholders to achieve alignment.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, and adoption planning.
• Bring banking construction insights to shape transformation agendas.
• Design and deliver change management materials, workshops, and communications.
• Monitor adoption, readiness, and benefits realization metrics.
• Collaborate with communications, training, PMO, and business teams for integrated delivery.
• Prepare executive reporting and change performance updates for stakeholders.
