Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, operational excellence, or consulting.
• Experience with construction project management programs and financial services client facilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency.
• Facilitate process mapping, workflow analysis and improvement workshops.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate solutions, and drive adoption of new processes.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to measure improvement effectiveness and benefits realization.
• Support business transformation and organizational change initiatives.
• Prepare process documentation, recommendations, reports, and executive presentations.
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities across operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and promote best practices.
