Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Process Improvement Consultant to support operational excellence and business transformation for a financial services client’s facility construction programs. You will identify opportunities, optimize processes, and drive sustainable outcomes across multidisciplinary teams.

The role demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with experience in construction project management within financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or consulting.
• Experience with construction project management programs, especially for financial services facilities.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement methods.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• PM lifecycle knowledge for commercial real estate.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt or PMP preferred.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency.
• Facilitate process mapping, workflow analysis and improvement workshops.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate solutions, and drive adoption of new processes.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to measure improvement effectiveness and benefits realization.
• Support business transformation, continuous improvement, and organizational change initiatives.
• Prepare process documentation, recommendations, reports, and executive presentations.
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities across business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and promote best practices.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and continuous improvement programs.
