Job summary

Victory Solutions, a subsidiary of Dynamo Technologies, seeks a seasoned Configuration/Data Management professional for the HLS SVS Office in Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on change management, data governance, and documentation across SVS CM/DM processes in collaboration with NASA MSFC.

Responsibilities include managing SVS reviews, leveraging SharePoint and Jira for action tracking, handling CUI/ITAR data, and serving as NAMS approval authority for SVS-related requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' applicable Configuration/Data Management experience, or 9–13 years if substituting for degree.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) is required.
• Experience developing and updating SharePoint sites and databases is desired.
• Knowledge of Windchill is desired.
• Understanding of CDM functions such as change management, tracking, and master lists/minutes is required.
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow-through are required.
• Records management and archival experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the change management focal for the HLS SVS Office.
• Utilize SharePoint for managing access to and storing data.
• Provide the Receipt and Release Desk function for the SVS Office to facilitate SVS review of HLS changes.
• Manage the SVS Office review of HLS changes including assignment of SVS reviewers, deadlines, and tracking actions.
• Represent SVS in CM related topics or meetings.
• Utilize SP CMW tool and Jira in support of the HLS change management process.
• Create/maintain process/work instructions to support various HLS SVS CM and DM processes.
• Handle CUI, ITAR and other export control data following NASA and MSFC requirements.
• Serve as the NASA Account Management System approval authority for the HLS SVS office.
