Job summary

Victory Solutions in Huntsville, AL is seeking a mid to senior Information and Data Management professional to support the Space Launch System (SLS) program at NASA/Marshall Space Flight Center. The role focuses on metadata, access controls, and enterprise data management across Windchill, SharePoint, Liferay, and Confluence Wiki.

The position requires collaboration with tool developers and end users to ensure secure, accessible data and seamless data exchanges while meeting NASA security

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of IDM tooling experience.
Experience handling sensitive data and security requirements.
Proficiency in Windchill or similar PDM systems.

Responsibilities

Interface with SLS and cross-program personnel to support data accessibility and sharing.
Support the CDM Office in data process implementations related to data exchange and storage.
Develop and maintain collaborative portals and wikis for customer requirements.
Create process/work instructions for end users and administrators of tools.
Interface with NASA MSFC and other Centers to enable data exchange and processing.
