Real World Data Exchange's Change Management Analyst/Business Analyst
We are seeking a Change Management Analyst with expertise in change management, user adoption, communication strategy, and stakeholder engagement for a Real-World Data (RWD) Platform. The ideal candidate will have prior experience at Client or a similar pharma organization and a deep understanding of real-world evidence (RWE) and real-world data initiatives.
This role will focus on driving user engagement, adoption, and organizational alignment while managing communications, training, and awareness campaigns. The candidate should be able to develop strategic presentations for leadership, design visually compelling PowerPoint decks, extract user usage reports from Excel/Power BI, drive deep platform adoption efforts, understand barriers and promote new ways of working aligned with enterprise, supplement program's training needs via user training development and delivery efforts and collaborate across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Change Management & User Adoption Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to drive adoption of the Real-World Data Platform.
  • Identify key stakeholders and user groups, tailoring engagement strategies to maximize adoption.
  • Work closely with business leaders, data scientists, and platform users to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Design and implement training programs using synthetic voice generation programs, workshops, and enablement resources for users.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Develop and execute an effective communication plan to drive awareness and engagement.
    • Craft compelling messaging, newsletters, email campaigns, and internal announcements.
    • Act as the primary liaison between the Business Transformation & Innovation team and various internal/external stakeholders.
    • Organize town halls, webinars, and informational sessions to keep users informed about platform updates.
  • Campaign & Strategy Development:
    • Create and manage user engagement campaigns for existing and new users.
    • Identify innovative ways to enhance user experience, retention, and engagement.
    • Develop strategies for onboarding, training, and ongoing support for different user personas after assessing usage reports based off Power BI dashboards, excel etc.
  • Reporting & Insights:
    • Extract and analyze user engagement metrics and platform usage reports using Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools.
    • Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities based on user behavior data.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership, recommending improvements for adoption and engagement.
  • Presentation & Visual Communication:
    • Design high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership, stakeholders, and internal teams.
    • Translate complex data and strategies into visually appealing, easy-to-understand slides.
    • Support leadership in executive-level storytelling, business cases, and strategic presentations.

    Qualifications and Skills –
    • Bachelor's degree in an IT/Computer Science related discipline
    • Strong understanding of Real-World Data (RWD) and Real-World Evidence (RWE) initiatives.
    • Proven ability to develop and execute change management strategies within large organizations.
    • 5+ years working on a role related to Business Analyst/Change Management Analyst, preferably a cloud-based or hybrid cloud/on-premises platform, or in areas related to real world data analyses
    • Specific experience for handling
      • Enterprise Change Management requiring strategic focus
      • Organizational Change Management requiring interpersonal skills, communications skills, and understanding of group psychology
      • Individual Change Management requiring strategic thinking and hard/soft skills
      • Relevant experience working in Agile Methodology
    • Intermediate to advanced skills in SQL, Excel macros, advanced excel is desired
    • Knowledge and experience with Common Data Models, especially OMOP, is desirable
    • Knowledge and skills in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI and Spotfire), Excel, Powerpoint, JIRA, confluence, Microsoft Co-Pilot or advanced visualization language and tools (JavaScript and d3) are preferable
    • Effective oral and written communication skills that enable personal impact with senior-level decision makers
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with business leaders, IT teams, data scientists, and external partners.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting messaging for diverse audiences.
    • Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
    • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative

    Preferred:
    • Prior experience at Client
    • Familiarity with pharmaceutical R&D platforms, healthcare data (Clinical Trials, EHR/Claims/Registries, Omics, etc.) and data analytics tools.
    • Experience in platform adoption strategies and digital transformation projects.
    • Background in business intelligence, analytics, or user behavior tracking.
    • Certification in Change Management or Project Management (PMP, Agile, Six Sigma) is a plus
