What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with IT to coordinate system change requests and conduct user testing post-implementation
• Provide help desk support, investigating and resolving operational issues related to ERP and HRIS systems
• Create and oversee test case scenarios to ensure business applications meet all requirements
• Design cross-functional business processes and recommend improvements to support business activities
• Gather and analyze business requirements through work sessions and interviews, documenting them for relevant parties
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in an HRIS support role with implementation responsibilities
• Certification in and/or knowledge of major business flows of an integrated ERP system
• Proficiency in ERP system configurations, support, and user training
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet established deadlines while managing multiple customer service demands
