About the Role:

• Monitoring & Maintenance: Ensuring system health and troubleshooting issues.
• User Support: Assisting and training users.
• Updates & Upgrades: Implementing and testing software updates.
• Documentation: Keeping records and generating reports.
• Collaboration: Coordinating with vendors and working with IT teams.
• Self sufficient
• Enterprise Cores & Applications, Vital Software Applications: Fiserv-Datasafe and Fiserv-Nautilus.
• Agile Methodology

Location: 100 % Remote

Salary Range: The salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
