Qualifications

• Proven experience in learning and development, instructional design, or corporate training delivery.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale transformation or change management programs.
• Strong background in designing and delivering training for process improvements or new system implementations.
• Experience working in professional services, consulting, or matrix-driven organizations.
• Track record of delivering training within budget constraints and tight timelines.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
