Job summary

North Highland in Portland, OR is seeking an L&D Lead for an eight-month, on-site assignment in the Portland Metro Area to transform strategic initiatives into practical learning experiences for retail and consumer products practice. You will bridge business strategy and capability development, conducting needs assessments, developing roadmaps and curricula, and preparing trainers.

This is a 8-month contract assignment, onsite 4 days a week in the Portland Metro Area.

SUMMARY

As an L&D Lead, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and capability development, ensuring employees have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed in their evolving roles. You will help drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working that support major transformation initiatives.
