Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a Senior Specialist, Change Enablement in Massachusetts. You will deliver components of change plans, craft targeted communications and training materials, and build reusable assets to ensure consistency across initiatives.

You will track timelines and dependencies, escalate blockers, and potentially supervise interns or contractors to meet delivery goals. A hybrid in-person requirement is in place.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience supporting or executing change-related work.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong written and visual communication skills, tailored to audience.

Responsibilities

• Owns delivery of assigned components of the change plan and coordinates logistics.
• Develops targeted, visually engaging communications and training materials.
• Builds reusable assets like templates and SharePoint sites for consistency.
• Tracks progress, timelines, and dependencies; flags blockers or risks.
• May manage interns or contractors to support workload.
