Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, IT, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
• Two to four years of experience supporting organizational change, training, communications, project coordination, or related field.
• Experience supporting IT implementations or business process improvements preferred.
• Experience creating instructional content or facilitating training is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop change management plans, communication schedules, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Coordinate and manage assigned projects, ensuring deliverables and timelines.
• Create end-user training materials, guides, and instructional content.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to support project delivery.
