Job summary

ALSAC, the fundraising arm of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, seeks an Information Security Analyst in Memphis. You will support the enterprise information security program, collaborate with IT and business teams, and strengthen security across systems, networks, and data.

The role covers security operations, vulnerability management, governance, incident response, IAM, and risk assessments, with opportunities to work across multiple cybersecurity domains in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of progressive experience in information security, cybersecurity, systems administration, infrastructure security, or related technology disciplines.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, controls, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and investigate security events across enterprise systems and networks.
• Support incident response activities including triage and post‑incident analysis.
• Perform vulnerability management, risk assessments, and remediation tracking.
• Develop and deliver security metrics, status reports, and presentations for management.
