Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Change Control Manager to bring order and visibility to how work gets scheduled and executed across our facility engineering portfolio. You will own calendars for maintenance windows and equipment changes, ensuring nothing collides and everyone who needs visibility has it.

This cross-functional, detail-driven role requires coordinating multiple moving parts, maintaining data integrity, and driving a standardized change control process across sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in change management, scheduling, or similar operations.
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple calendars and stakeholders.
• Experience with CMMS/ITSM or portfolio management tools.
• Attention to data quality and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master maintenance calendar across the portfolio.
• Manage the change schedule for equipment and infrastructure changes.
• Run the change control process end-to-end: intake, assess, approve, execute, close-out.
• Build and manage team schedules for all sites, including on-call rotations.
• Drive data validation and quality across portfolio tools and generate reporting.
