Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Master Scheduler to own end-to-end BOMs and master schedules for multi-site data center deployments. You’ll forecast material needs, coordinate with PM, procurement, and logistics, and track deliveries to keep builds on track.

You’ll work in a fast-growing environment with a focus on cost control, risk mitigation, and on-time execution while collaborating across engineering and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Strong experience with creating Bill of Materials from engineering designs.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining master schedules for complex, multi-project environments.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Experience forecasting material requirements based on project specifications and milestones.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills using spreadsheets and related planning tools.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
• Experience tracking material deliveries, managing exceptions, and implementing corrective actions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end master scheduling of raw material deliveries across multiple data center projects.
• Own BOM generation and master scheduling for site deployments.
• Analyze project plans, forecast material requirements, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure materials arrive on-site on time and in full.
• Actively track deliveries, resolve schedule conflicts, and adjust plans to mitigate risk and prevent bottlenecks.
• Maintain build velocity, cost control, and execution excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
