Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Change Control Manager to bring order to how work is scheduled and executed across our facility engineering portfolio. You will own calendars for maintenance windows and equipment changes, driving data quality and visibility for leadership across multiple sites.

You will run the end-to-end change control process, coordinate staffing across sites, and develop dashboards that provide accurate, actionable insights for operations and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in change management, scheduling, project coordination, or a similar operational role.
• Experience with CMMS/ITSM/change management tools.
• A sharp eye for data quality — comfortable auditing datasets, spotting inconsistencies, and driving process fixes.
• Clear, proactive communicator who can work across engineering, operations, and leadership audiences.
• Comfortable working onsite at a data center facility, coordinating with site operations teams in person.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master maintenance calendar across the facility portfolio, coordinating planned maintenance windows across sites to avoid conflicts and minimize risk to operations.
• Manage the change schedule for equipment and infrastructure changes across the portfolio, ensuring changes are properly logged, sequenced, and communicated.
• Run the change control process end to end: intake requests, assess scheduling conflicts and risk, route for approvals, and confirm execution and close-out.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts between maintenance activities, equipment changes, and site operations before they become problems.
• Maintain a forward-looking view of upcoming changes and maintenance so leadership and site teams can plan around them.
• Build and manage team schedules to ensure proper staffing coverage across all sites, accounting for on-call rotations, PTO, and planned work.
• Partner with site leads and facility managers to align staffing schedules with the maintenance and change calendars.
• Flag coverage gaps early and work with stakeholders to resolve them before they impact site operations.
• Drive data validation and data quality efforts across the facility engineering portfolio management tools, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and consistently maintained.
• Establish and enforce data entry standards and audit processes to keep the portfolio tools trustworthy as a single source of truth.
• Generate reporting and dashboards from portfolio data to give stakeholders visibility into schedules, changes, and site status.
