Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Change Control Manager to centralize scheduling, maintenance windows, and change logging across our facility engineering portfolio. You’ll drive data quality, coordinate across sites, and ensure visibility for leadership and operations teams.

You will work onsite at our data centers, owning calendars, managing conflicts, and delivering clear reporting. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in change management, scheduling, or a similar operational role.
• Experience with maintenance/portfolio management systems (CMMS, ITSM, or similar).
• Strong data quality and reporting mindset; able to audit datasets and drive fixes.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master maintenance calendar across the facility portfolio.
• Manage the change schedule for equipment and infrastructure changes across sites.
• Run the change control process end to end: intake, assessment, approvals, execution, close-out.
