Job summary

• Design engineering changes with cross functional team by evaluating the feasibility to have introduction in operations.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify, prepare follow-up with internal stakeholders.
• Create part / assembly numbers and structure BOMS in PLM.
• Oversee change management methodology and tools to create a strategy that supports the roll out of the changes by projects initiatives.
• Delegate activities within stakeholders ensuring complete implementation of changes, new product introduction and sustaining engineering activities as to configuration and change management and manage work requests.
