Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Change and Adoption Manager to develop and drive change management, communications, and adoption strategies for technology initiatives across GTST and the enterprise.

Reporting to the Director Technology Strategy, Change, and Communications, you will align people, processes, and behaviors with new technologies and operating models while partnering with PMO, HR, and business stakeholders to deliver messaging, training, and adoption measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive change management strategies aligned with technology transformation goals.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Integrate change activities with program plans, PMO governance, and business operations.
• Create and deliver communication plans tailored to different audiences (executive, technology, frontline).
• Produce clear, empathetic messaging to support adoption.
• Facilitate leadership alignment and messaging consistency across the enterprise.
• Define training needs, curriculum, and user enablement materials for new systems, processes, and ways of working.
• Partner with Learning & Development and product teams to ensure effective training delivery.
• Support communities of practice and user support structures.
• Define success metrics and adoption KPIs for technology initiatives.
• Monitor behavior change, adoption progress, and feedback loops.
• Recommend interventions to increase adoption and reduce resistance.
• Assess readiness to adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Develop mitigation plans for resistance and capability gaps.
• Ensure business partners and technology teams are prepared for transition and sustainment.
• Integrate change management practices into enterprise prioritization and transformation programs.
• Provide guidance and coaching to program managers and leaders.
• Maintain consistent change standards, templates, and best practices across GTST.

Job Summary

The Change and Adoption Manager is responsible for developing and executing the change management, communication, and adoption strategies required to successfully implement technology initiatives across the Global Technology Organization and the broader enterprise.

Reporting to the Director Technology Strategy, Change, and Communications, this role ensures that people, processes, and behaviors evolve in step with new technologies, operating models, and strategic programs. The Change and Adoption Lead partners closely with program leaders, PMO, communications, HR, and business stakeholders to deliver clear messaging, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption measurement for key technology-driven transformations.

Position Responsibilities

• Define success metrics and adoption KPIs for technology initiatives
• Monitor behavior change, adoption progress, and feedback loops
• Recommend interventions to increase adoption and reduce resistance
• Assess readiness to adopt new technologies and ways of working
• Develop mitigation plans for resistance, capability gaps, or operational friction
• Ensure business partners and technology teams are prepared for transition and sustainment
• Integrate change management practices into enterprise prioritization, PMO processes, and transformation programs
• Provide guidance and coaching to program managers and leaders on effective change execution
• Maintain consistent change standards, templates, and best practices across GTST

Qualifications

DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree

FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Communications, Business, Organizational Development or related field

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in change management, communications, or transformation roles
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex technology, digital, or process transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior, stakeholder engagement, and adoption methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)

• Experience working within a global or matrixed technology organization
• Ability to simplify complex technology changes into clear, compelling communications
• Strong facilitation and engagement skills with executive, technical, and frontline audiences
• Experience designing and executing training and enablement strategies
