Job summary

USGA is a mission-based golf organization offering interns hands-on exposure to championship hospitality, client management, hospitality operations, and cross‑department collaboration during the 2027 U.S. Open at Pebble Beach and the 2027 U.S.

Women's Open at Inverness Club. Interns will support pre‑championship setup, championship‑week operations, and post‑championship closeout, communicating with clients, vendors, volunteers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Undergrad students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Championship Responsibilities: Support setup, build-out, facility cleaning, inspections, and client load-in.
• Championship Week Responsibilities: Support daily hospitality operations, including access control, venue cleanliness, logistics, client requests, and real-time troubleshooting.
• Post-Championship Responsibilities: Assist with post-event close-out, load-out, space breakdown, and organization of remaining materials.
• Pitch In Where Needed: Take on a variety of hands-on hospitality and operational tasks to deliver a first-class championship hospitality experience.
