Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Surf Club in Surfside, FL is seeking a Champagne Bar Server Assistant to support the Food Server and deliver an exceptionally served dining experience. You will clear, clean and reset tables, chairs, linens and service ware according to Four Seasons standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of food service or related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean and reset tables promptly and discreetly.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond to requests.
• Deliver food items from kitchen and serve guests.
• Stock side stations with linens, china, glass, silverware and paper goods; maintain back-of-house areas.
