Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Surfside, Florida is seeking a Server Assistant to support the Food Server in delivering an exceptional dining experience. You will clear and reset tables, assist with service sequence, and maintain pristine station setup to ensure a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in food service or related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Prior experience in luxury hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear, clean and set up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silverware for service.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond to requests.
• Assist in serving food items, check orders for accuracy and quality before delivery.
• Stock side stations and ensure cleanliness and readiness of service areas.
