Four Seasons Palm Beach is seeking a Seaway Server Assistant to support the restaurant, bar, and terrace operations. You will help with table maintenance, water service, mise en place, clearing, and stock management while upholding Four Seasons standards.

This role reports to the Food & Beverage Management team and is part of the Seaway service family. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent), at least 6 months in a similar role, and a customer‑centric, proactive attitude.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position
• Previous hotel, resort, or restaurant experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Support Servers, Runners, Bartenders, and Restaurant Management during service
• Assist with water service, clearing dishes, resetting tables, and maintaining seating areas
• Maintain clean, organized service stations
• Prepare mise en place for Seaway’s restaurant, bar, and terrace
• Stock silverware, glassware, plates, condiments, towels, and coffee supplies
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service
• Maintain table presentation and service standards
• Communicate with Culinary and front-of-house teams to support timely service
• Assist with food delivery and preparation of specialty coffees
