Job summary

Solairus Aviation in California seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance on assigned corporate aircraft, ensuring airworthiness and CFR compliance. The role reports to the Director of Maintenance and CAM, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, and records.

You will coordinate with AMOs and vendors, manage tool and part availability, and supervise maintenance technicians while maintaining safety, reliability, and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid A&P Certificate.
• 10 years of corporate aircraft maintenance operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of CFRs and airworthiness standards.
• Ability to plan, implement and direct maintenance programs.
• Willing to relocate within 1 hour of KSMF.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities on assigned aircraft and ensure compliance.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets and supplier expenditures.
• Coordinate with DOM/CAM on training and schedule maintenance events.
• Maintain complete records of inspections, ADs, SBs, and flight hours.
• Liaise with FAA and AMOs as required.
