Job summary

Advanced Air, LLC is seeking a dedicated Lead Pilot for the Challenger 300 in Hawthorne, CA. The role involves PIC duties, supervising a two-person crew, and coordinating owner flights with VIP teams.

Based in Hawthorne/Greater Los Angeles, the position requires strong FAR knowledge, factory and flight-safety practices, and readiness to handle multi-tasking and complex decisions during operations.

Qualifications

• Requires CFI, CFII and MEI Certificates preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Extensive knowledge of FAR Part 91, 61 and AIM Part Sections 4 & 5.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 2-pilot crew and report to Chief Pilot/Director of Operations.
• Coordinate owner flights, aircraft maintenance, and crew training.
• Maintain aircraft readiness, including preflight, stocking, and interior cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, FAR regulations, and safety procedures.
