Job summary

Pilot Assessments in Hawthorne, CA seeks a Pilot in Command to lead a two-person crew on Challenger 300 missions. You will manage preflight, safety, and owner service, ensuring aircraft is mission-ready and presented to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include planning owner flights, reviewing weather briefs, coordinating with VIP and Flight teams, and maintaining compliance with FAR 91.3 and Part 135 qualifications.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted ATP certificate and Challenger 300 PIC type rating.
• 3,000+ total flight hours with 1,000+ turbine PIC.
• Strong knowledge of FAR Parts 91 and 61.
• Ability to lead a two-person crew and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command with final authority for safe operation under FAR 91.3.
• Plan and execute owner flights; review weather, procedures, and crew assignments.
• Oversee prep, cabin presentation, and provisioning for owner flights and amenities.
• Coordinate with VIP/Flight teams for maintenance events and crew training.
• Maintain flight and duty logs; ensure SOPs and LOA approvals.
