Job summary

Advanced Air, LLC in Crescent City, CA seeks a Challenger 300 Lead Pilot to lead a 4‑crew team as PIC, reporting to the Chief Pilot. The role requires completing a range of aviation tasks, staying within FAR guidelines, and maintaining aircraft readiness.

You must have the required flight minimums and certifications, live within 7 hours of the base, and be able to work 8 days on, 6 days off, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• CFI, CFII, MEI certificates preferred but not required.
• Digital dexterity for aircraft preflight and inspections.
• Ability to pass Preemployment DOT drug test and random screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 4-crew team as Pilot in Command for Challenger 300.
• Manage crew schedules, overnight logistics, and aircraft readiness.
• Ensure aircraft is airworthy, stocked, clean, and compliant with FAR 91.3 and related regs.
• Oversee onboard systems, galley, and passenger amenities.
• Maintain flight and duty logs; manage maintenance discrepancies per policy.
