Job summary

Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, seeks a Pilot in Command for a Challenger 300 aircraft based in Las Vegas, NV. This is a 2-pilot account with dedicated maintenance support, flying primarily within the US and Cabo trips.

Required are registered flight hours, IFR proficiency, and a strong emphasis on safety, service, and discretion per EJM standards. A competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum time requirements: Total flight time 3500 hours, PIC 2000 hours, MEL 1500 hours, Instrument 300 hours, Jet 500 hours.
• FAA Type rating in CL-300 series strongly preferred.
• 2-pilot PIC role under EJM's P135 certificate with maintenance technician support.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the Safe Operation of Flight and crewing compliance with SOPs.
• Performs flight planning, performance, and weight & balance for each assignment.
• Leads briefings using CRM/TEM and coordinates with crew and ground staff.
• Maintains aircraft pre-flight status and records discrepancies per SOPs.
• Delivers exceptional service to owners and passengers, handling special needs.
