Job summary

Bravere Dental Care is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to support dentists, keep operatories stocked, and ensure a smooth patient experience. You will prepare rooms, assist during procedures, take radiographs, and help manage patient flow in a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential or eligible to obtain registration within required timeframe.
• Current CPR/BLS certification approved by Arkansas board.
• Arkansas-approved training for expanded functions (X-ray, coronal polishing, nitrous monitoring) as applicable.
• Ability to follow OSHA, CDC, HIPAA and infection-control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance for exams, fillings, extractions, crowns and other treatments.
• Anticipate dentist’s needs to ensure efficient patient care.
• Take radiographs and intraoral photos per state requirements.
• Prepare treatment rooms and manage instruments and materials.
• Document treatment notes and chart patient care.
• Escort patients and provide postoperative instructions.
• Monitor patient flow to keep schedule on track.
• Maintain clean, sterilized operatories per guidelines.
• Manage records, labs, recalls and referrals as needed.

Education
