The role emphasizes precision, infection-control, and teamwork within a community-focused practice; Arkansas-certified radiography and expanded-function training are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RDA credential or eligibility to obtain registration within 30 days of hire.
• Current CPR/BLS certification approved by Arkansas Board.
• Arkansas-approved training permits for radiography and expanded functions.
• Ability to follow OSHA, HIPAA, CDC guidelines and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance for exams, fillings, extractions, crowns and more.
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instrument sets before each patient.
• Document treatment notes accurately in patient records.
• Review patient histories and explain care plans to patients.
• Maintain inventory, sterilization logs, and compliance with OSHA/CDC.
