Qualifications

• Ability to adhere to OSHA, CDC, HIPAA, and Arkansas infection-control requirements.
• Competence in basic dental terminology, clinical instruments, and chairside assisting techniques.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow all federal and state patient-privacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance for all dental procedures, including exams and extractions.
• Monitor patient flow and communicate with the team to keep the schedule running on time.
• Securely store & manage patient records in compliance with HIPAA.
