Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dentists, hygienists and specialists in delivering high‑quality care. You will prepare treatment rooms, assist during procedures and help educate patients on post‑treatment care.

This role emphasizes teamwork, patient comfort and infection control across a busy clinical setting. The position requires state credentialing, CPR/BLS certification, and a strong patient‑centered approach.

Qualifications

• Meet state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain before start date.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine commitment to patient care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients, treatment rooms, instruments and equipment for dental procedures.
• Assist dentists and specialists during examinations and dental procedures.
• Take and prepare dental X-rays and other diagnostic records, within credentials.
• Provide patients with clear guidance on oral hygiene and post‑treatment care.
• Maintain infection control, sterilization and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments and supplies.
• Support an efficient, organized clinical environment.
• Create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient.
• Work with the dental team to deliver exceptional care.
