Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits is seeking a Chain Merchandising Manager to lead and grow our presence in key chains and with distributors across a major market. You will collaborate with distributor merchandisers and chain accounts to execute programs, drive share growth, and optimize merchandising impact.

The role requires a proven merchandising background, strong selling skills, and the ability to travel frequently. This on-site position offers a competitive salary, bonus opportunities, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with Distributor DMs/Merchandisers.
• Minimum 1-year experience in merchandising.
• Territory/merchandising manager in a chain-heavy state.
• Strong selling skills.
• Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to travel frequently across the assigned market, periodically outside of market.
• Lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling of up to 45lbs.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Communicate and execute Suntory Global Spirits programming in all chains.
• Assist General Market Merchandisers (when needed) in Key Accounts to drive the portfolio impact.
• Work with distributor Area Managers, District Managers and Merchandising Reps.
• Maintain market knowledge to drive share growth within chains.
• Lead team meetings to educate distributors on products and programs.
