Job summary

Weis Markets is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Muncy, PA. You will greet customers, provide courteous service, and assist with inquiries while keeping store areas organized and inventories accurate.

Work with store teams to resolve customer concerns, follow safety and environmental policies, and help maintain product displays and stock levels for a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High school education or GED. No prior experience required. Two (2) years or more retail grocery experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Assist customers and resolve concerns in a polite and professional manner.
• Maintain store organization and balance on-hand records.
• Understand and utilize store systems and current technology.
• Ensure reports and records are accurate and retained per policy.
• Create daily pick lists and assist with stock management.
• Monitor out-of-stock and overstock conditions and investigate causes.
• Support planogram integrity and signage alignment.
• Follow safety, health, and environmental policies.
