Job summary

Weis Markets in Lycoming County, PA is seeking an in-store associate to greet customers, offer courteous service, and support store operations. You will work with Store Management and Department Managers to keep daily processes smooth.

You will maintain CGO system integrity, manage reports, assist with inventory tasks, and help with replenishment and signage to reflect company standards. No extensive experience required beyond high school; Weis Markets is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required; two years retail grocery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service; assist associates to resolve concerns.
• Collaborate with Store Management, Department Managers, and Night Crew.
• Maintain CGO system integrity and balance on-hand issues.
• Utilize CGO applications and stay up-to-date with technology.
• Ensure reports and records are accurate and retained per policy.
• Create daily pick lists for all departments.
• Perform daily Out of Stock counts and investigate causes.
• Investigate overstock items and forecasting issues.
• Assist with signage and balance of product locations.
• Maintain secondary product locations to aid replenishment.
• Review salvage and transfer processes for balance accuracy.
• Work with Regional CGO analyst to resolve stock issues.
• Uphold sanitation, follow safety and OSHA rules; use PPE.
• Perform all duties per company policies and local laws; may assist in other departments.
