Job summary

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High school education or GED.
• No prior experience required.
• Two (2) years or more retail grocery experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers and provides prompt, courteous service; assists associates to resolve customer concerns.
• Works cooperatively and communicates with Store Management, Department Managers, and Night Crew.
• Maintains integrity of CGO system; balances on hand issues and resolutions.
• Uses required applications and current CGO-related technology; stays up to date.
• Ensures reports and records are accurate, complete and retained per policy.
• Creates daily pick lists for all departments and performs daily out of stock counts.
• Investigates overstock items and miss-picks; resolves forecasting issues.
• Assists with signage and planogram integrity; communicates updates to other departments.
• Maintains sanitation in the department; adheres to cleaning schedules and health/safety guidelines.
• Follows all company policies and local, state, and federal laws; uses PPE as required.
• Performs other duties and may assist in other departments.
