Job summary

Weis Markets, Inc. is seeking a part-time associate in Maryland to greet customers, assist with inquiries, and support store operations. The role requires cooperating with departments to resolve issues, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with daily pick lists and stock checks.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience High school education or general education degree (GED).
• No prior experience required. Two (2) years or more retail grocery experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and provides prompt, courteous service.
• Works cooperatively with store departments and management to resolve issues.
• Maintains CGO system integrity and balances on-hand issues.
• Uses CGO applications and current technology; keeps up to date with new tools.
• Ensures reports and records are accurate and retained per policy.
• Creates daily pick lists for all departments and conducts stock checks.
• Investigates out-of-stock and overstock situations to resolve issues.
