Qualifications

• Education and/or experience as stated: high school education or GED; two years retail grocery experience preferred.
• Ability to greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers and provides prompt, courteous service, assisting associates to resolve concerns.
• Work cooperatively with Store Management, Department Managers, and Night Crew.
• Maintain CGO system integrity; balance on hand issues and resolutions.
• Use CGO applications and current technology; stay up to date.
• Ensure reports and records are accurate, complete and retained per policy.
• Make appropriate decisions from reports to optimize profitability and inventory.
• Create daily pick lists for all departments.
• Perform daily out-of-stock counts and investigate causes.
• Investigate overstock items from previous deliveries to resolve mis-picks.
• Create secondary display settings within CGO as directed by Store Manager.
• Identify planogram integrity issues and coordinate changes with other departments.
• Assist with signage of out-of-stock merchandise and correct balance on-hands.
• Maintain 'Blue Chip' secondary product locations to aid replenishment.
• Review salvage and transfer processes for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Regional CGO analyst to resolve stock issues.
• Maintain general sanitation and comply with health and OSHA requirements.
• Adhere to company policies, and use PPE as required.
• Perform other staff duties as needed; may assist in other departments.
